Learning and Development (L&D) Manager - VAF188
Location: India (Remote work possible)
Job Type: Permanent contract

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term L&D strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Adjust training strategies to align with business goals and workforce development needs.

  • Identify future skills requirements and proactively plan training programs.

  • Meet with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.

  • Gather feedback from employees on current training programs and refine accordingly.

  • Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

  • Explore new learning technologies and platforms to enhance employee engagement.

  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness for senior management.

  • Work with HR to integrate training with employee career development plans.

  • Discuss budgets and upcoming learning initiatives with senior leaders.

  • Plan future learning events, mentorship programs, and leadership academies.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or HR roles.

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing L&D strategies.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

  • Good knowledge of technical tools, especially related to presentation.

  • Proven experience in cooperation with senior stakeholders and top-level executives.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
