Job Overview

Join one of India’s largest and fastest-growing healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) companies as an AR Call Centre Associate – Voice Freshers. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to accounts receivable operations, claim follow-ups, and client communication processes, with structured training provided for freshers.

As part of our team, you will interact with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve claim-related issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reimbursements. This position provides a strong foundation for a career in medical billing, healthcare RCM, and accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-call analysis and gather necessary documentation using payer IVR or web portal services

  • Contact insurance companies, patients, and providers to follow up on outstanding claims

  • Maintain accurate documentation on client systems, ensuring clear audit trails

  • Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis to track claim follow-ups

  • Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints at the first point of contact

  • Provide accurate product and service information, interpreting documentation such as authorization forms, nursing notes, and explanation of benefits (EOBs)

  • Analyze accounts receivable data to understand underpayment reasons, denial patterns, and days in A/R

  • Use appropriate coding and documentation standards to log reasons for claim underpayments or denials

  • Collaborate with team leads to meet operational KPIs and SLA targets

Experience Required

  • Fresher / 0–6 months of relevant exposure in call center operations is acceptable

  • Prior experience in an international call center is an advantage but not mandatory

Education & Qualification

  • Degree or diploma in Arts or Sciences

  • Candidates pursuing professional courses such as BTech, BE, MBA, MCA, etc., are not eligible for this entry-level position

  • Must have no current academic arrears

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in English communication (verbal and written)

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to various operational situations

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US office timings and holiday calendars
