Role Overview
The Analyst – Life Sciences Consulting will provide high-quality, timely analytical and problem-solving support to client engagements within the life sciences domain. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals with strong analytical capabilities who are eager to build expertise in healthcare consulting, business analysis, and market intelligence within a structured consulting framework.
Key Responsibilities
Support the review and analysis of client requirements, business challenges, and project objectives under direct supervision
Assist in developing data-driven insights and client-specific solutions within established consulting frameworks
Contribute to the creation of detailed project documentation, reports, and technical specifications
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to client needs
Assist in designing and structuring client presentations tailored to the target audience
Develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, healthcare markets, and life sciences business models
Participate in formal and informal learning opportunities to strengthen consulting and domain expertise
Execute engagement-based responsibilities under the guidance of Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare analytics, consulting, market research, or related roles
Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries is preferred
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments
Understanding of core business processes and how internal and external factors influence decision-making
Basic knowledge of consulting tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques
Awareness of current industry trends, competitive landscapes, and healthcare market dynamics
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations
