Role Overview:
We are seeking an Analyst – Reporting Solutions to join our Business Operations team. This role involves developing, managing, and improving dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting solutions to support project management, medical plans, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with global and local teams to deliver actionable insights, maintain data quality, and automate reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ad-hoc and recurring reporting requests while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Smartsheet, and Advanced Excel.
Monitor project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
Maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports.
Identify analytical needs proactively and develop solutions to enhance decision-making.
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting and dashboards.
Conduct training sessions on analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and implement improvements.
Perform root-cause analysis for data abnormalities and propose solutions.
Continuously explore new tools, features, and methods to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in reporting, data analytics, or dashboard development in a corporate or healthcare environment.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
Dashboard design, management, and automation.
Ability to analyze and work with large datasets.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
Excellent planning, project management, and documentation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
