Job Overview

We are hiring AR Associate Trainees (Freshers) to join a US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team based in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level opportunities in healthcare accounts receivable, insurance follow-ups, and medical billing operations, with exposure to international healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding medical claims on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and RCM organizations

  • Contact insurance payers, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve claim payment issues

  • Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify underpayments, denials, and discrepancies

  • Identify billing and coding errors, initiate corrections, and resubmit claims to insurance companies

  • Appeal denied or rejected claims in accordance with payer guidelines

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities and communications

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets as per project SLAs

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and quality standards

Experience Required

  • 0 to 1 year of experience

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Up to 6 months of experience in Non-BPO, Domestic BPO, or International BPO environments is acceptable

Education & Qualification

  • HSC / Undergraduate / Graduate candidates are eligible

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Willingness to work in a voice process environment

  • Comfortable with rotational shifts

  • Basic understanding of healthcare accounts receivable is an advantage
