Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the team based on client-specific training and expectations

  • Analyze performance trends and drive process improvement initiatives

  • Plan staffing levels and optimize resource utilization

  • Collaborate with internal departments to execute staffing and operational strategies

  • Conduct regular team meetings to maintain alignment and morale

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Team Leaders on client and team issues

  • Supervise day-to-day operations including:

    • Productivity tracking

    • Quality monitoring

    • Attendance and performance management

  • Encourage timely and fair performance appraisals in line with company policy
