Job Overview

Dozee Health AI is seeking a Biomedical Engineer – Customer Success Associate (CSA) to support the deployment, installation, training, and adoption of its AI-powered Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions across healthcare facilities. The role involves direct interaction with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Dozee’s innovative patient monitoring technology.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in healthcare technology, biomedical devices, customer success, and field operations.


Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

  • Showcase device capabilities, features, and clinical benefits.

  • Explain Dozee's Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Early Warning System (EWS) solutions to healthcare stakeholders.

  • Support customer onboarding and adoption activities.

Device Installation & Technical Support

  • Install and configure Dozee monitoring devices at customer sites.

  • Perform site assessments to determine installation requirements.

  • Provide troubleshooting and first-level technical support.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the remote support team when necessary.

Training & Education

  • Train doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on device usage.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on operating the device.

  • Demonstrate the patient monitoring dashboard and reporting tools.

  • Conduct refresher training sessions as required.

Field Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with remote support and operations teams.

  • Submit detailed reports and updates after site visits.

  • Track device installations, training completion, and support activities.

  • Ensure timely communication between hospital stakeholders and internal teams.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong professional relationships with:

    • Doctors

    • Nurses

    • Biomedical Teams

    • Hospital Administrators

  • Maintain regular communication with healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support issue resolution.

Operational Support

  • Assist in day-to-day field operations activities.

  • Support special projects and implementation initiatives.

  • Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence.


Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or Graduation in:

    • Biomedical Engineering

    • Science

    • ITI

    • Electronics

    • Healthcare Technology

    • Related Technical Disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Biomedical Engineering Background

  • Healthcare Technology Exposure

  • Hospital Operations Experience
