About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused BPO Customer Care Collections Senior Representative to support healthcare accounts receivable collections, insurance follow-up, customer service operations, and medical claims resolution within a dynamic healthcare BPO environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or interest in US healthcare collections, medical billing support, insurance claims follow-up, accounts receivable management, and customer care operations.

The ideal candidate will perform outbound interactions with US insurance companies, resolve claims-related issues, support accounts receivable recovery, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Collections & Accounts Receivable Management

  • Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding healthcare accounts receivable balances.
  • Support collections workflows to improve claim recovery and payment resolution timelines.
  • Track outstanding receivables and contribute to operational recovery targets.

Insurance Claims Follow-Up

  • Analyze medical insurance claims and account status to identify pending payment issues, denials, or claim processing delays.
  • Follow up with payers to obtain claim updates, payment details, or resolution information.
  • Support quality assurance in claims review and follow-up activities.

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone and written communication.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and accurate responses.
  • Maintain service quality standards across customer interactions.

Issue Resolution & Research Support

  • Resolve moderately routine operational issues using pre-defined business rules and established guidelines.
  • Conduct research on customer accounts, claims status, and insurance-related inquiries to support case resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.

Healthcare Process Knowledge Development

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of:
    • US healthcare insurance processes
    • Medical billing workflows
    • Healthcare accounts receivable management
    • Customer support procedures
    • Internal operational processes
  • Continuously improve domain understanding to enhance operational performance.

System Operations & Workflow Management

  • Work efficiently with Windows-based systems, healthcare operational tools, and customer service applications.
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining productivity and documentation accuracy.
  • Update account notes and workflow records accurately.

Shift Flexibility & Operational Readiness

  • Work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday aligned with US time zones.
  • Adapt to client-driven shift changes as operational requirements evolve.
  • Support overtime and weekend work when business needs require additional coverage.

Training & Process Readiness

  • Successfully complete onboarding orientation and process training programs.
  • Demonstrate operational proficiency and process readiness after training completion.
  • Maintain adherence to workflow standards and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO operations, healthcare support, or collections processes
  • Freshers with strong English communication skills are eligible to apply
