Job Summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a CM Analyst I (Trial Data Analytics Specialist II) to support centralized monitoring activities for global clinical trials. The role involves reviewing clinical trial data, identifying trends, detecting potential risks and operational issues, and providing analytical insights to project teams. The position supports data-driven decision-making to improve clinical trial quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Review clinical trial data using centralized monitoring tools and systems.
Analyze operational and patient clinical trial data to identify trends, signals, and potential risks.
Support centralized monitoring plans and review activities.
Track and document identified issues, risks, and findings according to department procedures.
Assist senior team members in risk characterization and reporting activities.
Support monitoring review setup activities, including:
Updating department databases.
Generating reports.
Preparing required analytical outputs.
Communicate identified risks and findings to clinical project teams.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional clinical research teams.
Maintain confidentiality of clinical trial data and client information.

Experience
Required Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in clinical trials, clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics, or related clinical research functions.
Preferred Knowledge
Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.
Knowledge of centralized monitoring plans and risk-based monitoring approaches.
Ability to interpret clinical study protocols and project documentation.
Understanding of medical terminology and therapeutic areas.
Experience working with electronic clinical trial systems is preferred.
Salary Package (Estimated Market Standard)
₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (depending on clinical research experience, analytical skills, and interview performance).
