Role Overview

A leading biopharmaceutical commercial organization is seeking a motivated Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory in Farmington, Missouri. This role is part of a nationwide specialty sales team focused on driving customer engagement, expanding therapeutic adoption, and delivering measurable business results within the chronic care segment.

The successful candidate will identify customer needs, deliver compliant product education, and implement tailored account strategies to support healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with specialty physicians, solo practitioners, small group practices, and other healthcare service providers.

  • Execute territory business plans aligned with national sales strategy and performance objectives.

  • Deliver high-quality, compliant presentations of approved therapeutic products to healthcare professionals.

  • Engage in consultative, needs-based selling conversations that address both provider and patient considerations.

  • Build long-term professional relationships and establish credibility as a trusted healthcare partner.

  • Utilize approved promotional resources and sales tools to maximize customer engagement.

  • Continuously assess territory performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
    OR
    Minimum 4+ years of equivalent professional experience, including one or more of the following:

    • Professional sales experience

    • Healthcare or scientific industry experience (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)

    • Professional marketing experience

    • Military leadership experience

  • 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of territory management and customer engagement principles.

  • Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
