Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer – Client Partner (Medical Coding – Denial) to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training corporate associates in business English communication, soft skills, and call handling within the healthcare RCM environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire and ongoing training sessions focused on English grammar, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and effective communication

  • Develop, maintain, and submit recurring training reports to the Training Manager

  • Assist recruitment teams in screening candidates based on voice and accent proficiency

  • Audit frontline agents’ calls, record scores, and provide structured feedback

  • Coach client partners and associates to enhance call handling, voice clarity, and accent usage

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and evaluate training programs on communication, soft skills, and operational efficiency

  • Conduct on-floor interventions through coaching and feedback, ensuring compliance with defined training models

  • Create presentations and materials for management review and training sessions

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in voice and accent training or similar corporate training roles

  • Experience in Healthcare RCM industry is highly desirable

  • Any certification in English language teaching (e.g., BEC, CELTA, TESOL) is an added advantage

Education & Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Demonstrated proficiency in English grammar, pronunciation, and professional communication

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities

  • Ability to maintain data, MIS reports, and training documentation

  • Effective people management and coaching skills

  • Proficiency in developing presentations for leadership review

  • Flexibility to work night shifts as per business requirements
