Role Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Administration Coordinator to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role focuses on resolving customer queries, supporting clinical operations, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and demonstrates excellent communication skills while working collaboratively across teams.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and clients.

  • Resolve customer concerns related to clinical services, billing, technical assistance, or orders efficiently.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding Optum services, programs, and products.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions and transactions using scheduling and CRM systems.

  • Follow company protocols, scripts, and data security guidelines to ensure compliance.

  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Performance & Quality

  • Achieve and maintain performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.

  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new workflows, tools, and healthcare processes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within clinical and administrative operations.

Adaptability & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Adapt to changing workflows, technologies, and operational requirements.

  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a call center, customer service, or clinical administrative role.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and empathy skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of 12th grade, 2nd PUC, or graduation.

  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, clinical operations, or medical billing processes.
