Job Summary

The Clinical Administration Coordinator Senior is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving healthcare-related queries, documenting customer information, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and documentation skills while meeting operational KPIs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries related to healthcare services, billing, scheduling, and support.

  • Accurately document customer interactions using scheduling and CRM systems.

  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and processes.

  • Follow SOPs, compliance requirements, and data privacy guidelines.

  • Ensure accurate after-call documentation and transaction records.

  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate).

  • Experience in customer service or call center operations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Good time management and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptability to changing processes and technologies.
