Medpace, a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is hiring an Experienced Clinical Database Programmer for its new Hyderabad office. This is a remarkable opportunity to join as a founding member, shaping the local team while contributing to international clinical trial data management projects. Ideal for professionals with Medidata Rave experience and a background in life sciences or computer science.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, validate, and maintain clinical trial databases adhering to company standards.
Contribute to and maintain the library of standard CDASH-compliant CRFs.
Act as the primary technical contact for the data management team on assigned studies.
Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to company programming standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Life Sciences or Computer Science (or equivalent).
2-3 years of experience with Medidata Rave study builds in pharma/healthcare.
Custom function programming experience in C# (preferred).
Certified Medidata Rave Study Builder (preferred).
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
