Clinical Operation Specialist – Fully Remote (India)

Job Summary

Syneos Health, a global leader in biopharmaceutical solutions, is seeking a Clinical Operation Specialist to join its fully remote team in India. In this role, you’ll ensure clinical trial compliance, patient safety, and protocol integrity across multiple global studies. This is a critical role in streamlining study operations and supporting patients and research teams from study start-up through execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the wellbeing of research participants across study sites

  • Review and implement clinical protocols in compliance with GCP and safety standards

  • Coordinate with clinical trial volunteers and maintain open communication

  • Support development of study materials such as informed consent documents and manuals

  • Monitor study progress and proactively address operational issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clinical processes

  • Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

  • Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing trials


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or higher degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field

  • Knowledge of clinical research regulations and study protocols

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

  • Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
