Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct clinical trial procedures in line with study protocols
Accurately collect and document patient data during clinical research activities
Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
Provide nursing care and support to participants throughout trial duration
Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to maintain protocol compliance and data quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensure
Prior clinical research experience preferred
In-depth understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory guidelines
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
