Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Specialist / Stroke Rater – Odiya Speaking to support stroke-related clinical research programs and trials. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering standardized stroke assessments, reviewing clinical evaluations, and ensuring consistency and quality across all trial-related rating activities.

This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with prior experience in stroke patient management, neurological assessments, and clinical trial environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stroke-specific patient assessments using validated clinical scales including:
    • Modified Rankin Scale (mRS)
    • EQ-5D-5L
  • Review assessments completed by other raters to ensure scoring accuracy, protocol adherence, and inter-rater reliability.
  • Participate in live discussions and provide professional feedback on scoring methodologies and assessment techniques.
  • Attend training sessions, orientation programs, and calibration exercises to maintain certification and consistency standards.
  • Review patient case files, clinical records, and supporting documentation before scheduled evaluations.
  • Complete assigned rater interactions and submit all required documentation within specified timelines.
  • Assist with mock interviews and performance assessments of raters as required.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, data quality, and research compliance.
