Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking a full-time Clinical Safety Coordinator to join our Clinical Safety department in Navi Mumbai. This role involves handling and processing adverse events from various sources, including clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance. Responsibilities:

  • Determine the plan of action for incoming calls regarding adverse events.
  • Collect, process, and track adverse and serious adverse events.
  • Write safety narratives and report on various safety data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and investigative clinical research sites to ensure compliance with safety processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, etc.).
  • Clinical experience or background in Clinical Research, case processing, and Post-marketing Pharmacovigilance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Broad understanding of medical terminology and excellent organizational and communication skills.
