Job Summary

IQVIA is hiring an experienced eCOA Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end clinical data management services for multi-service projects in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India. This position is ideal for professionals with 5–8 years of direct data management experience, including at least 1 year of project leadership, seeking to work in a dynamic and global environment that is driving digital healthcare innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead study setup by gathering requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Oversee data cleaning and validation processes for device integrations.

  • Ensure quality and timely data deliverables in compliance with contracts/SOW.

  • Lead internal project meetings and represent DM in audits and sponsor calls.

  • Train and mentor new team members on eCOA systems and protocols.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and initiate corrective actions.

  • Contribute to process improvement and technology implementations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure SOP compliance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, including 1+ year in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business tools.

  • Strong understanding of the clinical research process and drug development lifecycle.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
