Job Summary
Medpace, a global leader in clinical research, is hiring Entry Level Software QA Test Engineers (Validation Engineers) for its growing IT team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with basic manual and automated software testing experience who want to build a strong career in software quality assurance and validation in a highly regulated healthcare and technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and end-users throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality.
Perform various testing types, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and project documentation.
Conduct constructive peer reviews of test cases and processes.
Detect, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies.
Analyze and validate requirement specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
Support end-users in executing acceptance test scripts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong foundation in manual software testing; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
Good understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with computers and testing tools.
Experience in the healthcare or regulated industry is an advantage.
