Job Overview / Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client mailboxes; act as primary contact point for routine PV communications.

  • Proactively coordinate communications with clients.

  • Support PV audits/inspections and manage client-shared data (project management).

  • Apply knowledge of SDEA, and drug approval processes in Europe, UK, and USA.

  • Perform activities related to PV: ICSR, PSMF, xEVMPD, etc.

  • Use MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel efficiently for reporting and communication.


Required Skills / Competencies

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and client management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
