Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking a full-time Clinical Database Programmer based in Pune to join its expanding Biometrics team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge clinical research by building and maintaining robust, CDASH-compliant clinical trial databases. Candidates with experience in Medidata Rave, CRF design, and custom programming (C#) are highly encouraged to apply.
This role plays a key part in the development and quality assurance of clinical databases that support global Phase I-IV trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, validate, program, and maintain clinical trial databases in line with company and regulatory standards
Maintain and enhance the company’s CDASH-compliant CRF library
Act as the primary technical liaison to the Data Management team for assigned studies
Ensure the quality, consistency, and standardization of all programming deliverables
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
2–3 years of experience in Rave study build within the Pharma or Healthcare sector
Experience with custom functions using C# programming preferred
Medidata Rave Study Builder certification highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
