Role Overview:
As a Global Feasibility Lead within the Start-Up Unit (SSU) and Regulatory team, you will lead feasibility efforts in support of clinical development programs. You’ll assess study feasibility, identify and mitigate risks, and support business growth objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and standalone paid feasibility assessments.
Lead feasibility activities with minimal oversight and suggest effective strategies for data analysis.
Collaborate with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, and Analysts to review protocols and timelines.
Research scientific literature and internal data for feasibility insights.
Prepare and deliver feasibility reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Develop systems for storing and retrieving historical feasibility data.
Participate in bid defense meetings under managerial supervision.
Support the development of feasibility metrics and modeling tools.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and data within internal systems.
Coordinate multi-study programs and assist in mentoring junior staff if assigned.
Ensure quality delivery in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (Science/Medical Research preferred).
3–5 years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, or the CRO industry.
Proficient in data analysis, protocol assessment, and feasibility modeling.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong internet research capabilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management.
Willingness to travel up to 5% as business needs require.
