Job Title: Global Medical Maintenance Expert Team Lead
Location: Hyderabad, India
Collaboration:
Work closely with the global medical affairs team to ensure quality and timely medical contributions for key strategic submissions such as new applications, renewals, variations, etc.
Medical Document Creation:
Contribute to the creation of medical documents dedicated to Health Authorities and other national authorities.
Data Analysis:
Conduct rigorous analysis of medical/scientific data and participate in the elaboration or evaluation of their publication.
Governance Presentation:
Present and drive the preparation for clinically driven topics for the assigned non-core CHC (Consumer Healthcare) portfolio in front of Governance Committees.
Medical Monitoring:
Monitor medical news and publications, share key learnings and alerts with the global medical affairs and maintenance team.
Internal Training:
Facilitate internal medical training on CHC-relevant therapeutic areas and disease pathologies.
Material Review:
Review and approve promotional and non-promotional communication materials for the non-core CHC portfolio.
Vendor Oversight:
Provide scientific monitoring and oversight activities for medical vendors.
Risk Identification:
Proactively identify and communicate potential medical risks to higher management and suggest possible solutions for issue resolution (e.g., maintenance issues, submissions, etc.).
Governance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to CHC governance, Sanofi, and industry standards, while seeking opportunities to streamline processes for the future.
Ethics and Compliance:
Ensure ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance in all medical activities (internal policies, procedures).
Education:
Medical or Pharmacy Degree. A scientific or health-related degree (PhD, Phar.D.) is acceptable if supported by good experience.
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Consumer Healthcare is preferred. Previous experience in a global or regional role is desirable. Experience in technical writing for healthcare authority submissions and/or scientific publications is also desirable.

Fluent spoken and written English. An additional language is desirable.
