Job Summary
Sanofi is hiring a Global Stability Management Manager in Hyderabad to lead global stability programs that support the company’s robust R&D and manufacturing pipeline. This key leadership role will oversee strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and process optimization for drug stability testing. Ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the global stability management function
Supervise day-to-day stability operations and ensure regulatory and operational compliance
Drive continuous improvement across processes and methodologies
Coach and mentor team members while managing performance and development
Act as the communication bridge with the global hub leadership team
Ensure alignment with global quality standards and documentation protocols
Oversee preparation, review, and approval of stability management reports
Deliver high-quality services to internal stakeholders and manufacturing sites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective qualification activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in stability management or qualification in pharma/biotech
Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with pharmaceutical quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat)
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
Advanced degrees (e.g., PhD) preferred
Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of French is a plus
Flexible, agile thinker with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
