Job Summary
Sanofi is hiring a Global Stability Management Senior Specialist for its Hyderabad office. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, consistent, and complete documentation of stability data used in regulatory and product lifecycle management. This position is essential for upholding global quality standards and supporting high-impact pharmaceutical innovation. Ideal for professionals with 1–2+ years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment, this opportunity supports growth in a globally respected healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all data in stability reports is accurately documented
Review reports for consistency, completeness, and proper formatting
Maintain high documentation integrity to meet regulatory and corporate standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D and Manufacturing
Support quality and compliance initiatives for drug development
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality
Experience working in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
Proficiency in tools such as LIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Agile, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
Strong verbal and written communication in English; French or other languages a plus
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, stability sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
