The Health Clinical Services Associate role focuses on clinical care delivery operations and healthcare claims management, supporting end-to-end healthcare processes in a digital environment.

This position plays a key role in healthcare operations, patient case management, and claims processing, ensuring accurate evaluation and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Claims & Case Management

  • Process and manage healthcare claims lifecycle including registration, verification, and evaluation

  • Support clinical case management and patient care coordination

  • Assist in claims adjudication, examination, and documentation

Clinical Operations Support

  • Contribute to clinical care delivery operations and workflow optimization

  • Ensure alignment with healthcare protocols and operational standards

  • Support coordination across multiple healthcare settings and teams

Compliance & Data Handling

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient health information (PHI)

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in:

    • Clinical care delivery operations

    • HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality
