Role Overview

The Health Operations Analyst will support healthcare membership and regulatory operations processes, ensuring accurate management of member records, enrollment activities, eligibility verification, billing, renewals, and compliance-related documentation. The role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, process improvement capabilities, and stakeholder coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Membership Operations

  • Manage healthcare membership processes including:

    • Enrollment

    • Eligibility verification

    • Billing support

    • Renewals

    • Membership maintenance and termination

  • Maintain accurate member records and documentation.

  • Address membership-related inquiries and escalations.

  • Ensure high levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Regulatory Operations Support

  • Coordinate documentation required for global regulatory submissions.

  • Process electronic submissions including:

    • Original application filings

    • CMC submissions

    • Advertising & Promotional (Ad-Promo) submissions

    • Amendments

    • Annual Reports

    • SPL submissions

    • Life Cycle Management activities

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Define and maintain SOPs for membership lifecycle processes.

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities.

  • Support operational transitions, system implementations, and policy changes.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Train and mentor new team members.

  • Develop training materials, knowledge articles, and FAQs.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare membership operations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors.

  • Handle escalated cases and provide resolution support.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
