Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support end-to-end healthcare and life sciences regulatory operations. This entry-level role is designed for graduates seeking to begin their careers in healthcare operations, membership management, and life sciences regulatory processes, while contributing to digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support membership operations, including application processing, renewals, cancellations, and maintenance of accurate member records.

  • Ensure high levels of member satisfaction and retention through timely support and effective communication.

  • Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory application filings.

  • Manage and process electronic regulatory submissions, including original filings and lifecycle management submissions.

  • Support submissions related to CMC, advertising and promotional materials, amendments, annual reports, and SPL filings.

  • Assist in implementing digital transformation initiatives across healthcare operations to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Respond to member and stakeholder inquiries while maintaining service quality standards.

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to execute assigned tasks in line with established procedures.

  • Follow defined operational guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Participate in rotational shifts as required by business needs.


Experience Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences regulatory operations, membership management, or related support roles.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure or internship experience are encouraged to apply.


Educational Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory processes is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
