Position Summary:
IQVIA is hiring Hemodynamic RN Clinical Educators to train and educate hospital staff on critical care and oncology-focused medical devices, particularly hemodynamic monitoring systems. This per-diem opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs who want to share their clinical expertise in an educational and non-bedside setting, while enjoying flexible schedules and regional/national travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide peer-to-peer training to RNs, physicians, and hospital staff on hemodynamic devices

  • Deliver in-service education sessions without sales duties or direct patient care

  • Customize training based on hospital-specific needs and clinical workflows

  • Collaborate with client teams and provide post-training feedback and reports

  • Support medical device implementation projects and optimize clinical staff readiness


Schedule & Travel:

  • Per-diem, with 1–2 assignments per month

  • Each assignment typically 3–5 days

  • Regional and national travel required (travel flexibility essential)


Job Requirements:

  • BSN degree required

  • Active RN license required

  • 2+ years of recent clinical experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or Critical Care (within the past 5 years)

  • Strong hemodynamic experience required

  • Clinical leadership experience (preceptor, manager, educator) is a plus

  • Comfort with basic software and intermediate computer skills

  • Experience with IV pumps and medical device training preferred but not mandatory

  • Must meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements
