This job description is for a Home Therapist role at Lupin, located in Hyderabad, India. It focuses on providing physiotherapy care to patients in a home setting, with qualifications required in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) or MPT (Master of Physiotherapy). Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient-Centered Care:

    • Demonstrate passion for addressing the needs of patients with chronic ailments, ensuring personalized and empathetic care.
  2. Assessment and Care Planning:

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized, evidence-based care plans for outstanding physiotherapy at home.
  3. Monitoring and Physiotherapy Delivery:

    • Continuously monitor care delivery, provide physiotherapy as needed, and focus on goal-based treatments to ensure better recovery and outcomes.
  4. Advanced Rehabilitation Practices:

    • Stay updated on and implement the latest rehabilitation techniques, particularly in Neurological and Orthopedic Physiotherapy, utilizing the advanced resources of the center.
  5. Case Management:

    • Handle a variety of physiotherapy cases under the guidance of senior rehabilitation specialists, ensuring quality and tailored treatment.
  6. Record Maintenance:

    • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and patient assessments to track and document care and outcomes.
  7. Adherence to Standards:

    • Follow the company’s policies, procedures, objectives, and standards in delivering care.
  8. Documentation and Goal Setting:

    • Prepare detailed documentation of patient progress, set goals, and track achievements, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • BPT/MPT (Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy)

Relevant Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years, ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about home-based physiotherapy care.
