Role Overview

A leading biopharmaceutical commercial organization is seeking a performance-driven Immunology Sales Specialist to manage and expand a defined territory in Shreveport, Louisiana. This role focuses on driving product adoption, delivering disease-state expertise, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the immunology therapeutic area.

The selected candidate will serve as a trusted clinical resource to specialty physicians and healthcare providers while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives through structured territory execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive territory sales plan aligned with brand strategy and performance targets.

  • Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product presentations to specialty physicians, primary care providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

  • Utilize approved promotional materials and omnichannel engagement tools to maximize customer reach and impact.

  • Maintain consistent territory coverage through structured call planning and account prioritization.

  • Serve as a disease-state expert within immunology and related therapeutic segments.

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to maintain product knowledge and industry compliance standards.

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals while expanding market share within the assigned territory.

  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical selling practices.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct healthcare selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or related healthcare sectors.

  • Primary Care sales experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a competitive sales environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including occasional overnight or weekend travel as needed.

  • Must reside within the assigned territory or within designated geographic boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of immunology, dermatology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology therapeutic areas.

  • Experience navigating complex reimbursement environments and payer dynamics.

  • Proven success in project-oriented or high-incentive sales cultures.
