Job Description:
IQVIA is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 to support centralized monitoring tasks within clinical trial operations. This role is suitable for entry-level professionals looking to start their career in clinical research coordination, focusing on lab logistics, documentation, and site data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned clinical projects.
Complete all assigned role-specific training (e.g., e-SOPs, instructor-led sessions, self-learning modules) on time.
Maintain and update active site databases with current site information.
Manage Infosario Portal access provisioning for relevant sites.
Ensure timely documentation for regulatory dossiers related to lab kit shipments, such as Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing Lists, and Import Permits.
Track and monitor timely release of patient lab reports, coordinating with respective teams to resolve delays.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for real-time audit readiness.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).
Strong ability to multi-task, use critical thinking, and solve operational problems efficiently.
Fluent English communication skills – written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal capabilities to work effectively with coworkers and managers.
