Job Description:
IQVIA is hiring a Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 to support centralized monitoring activities related to clinical trial lab operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in clinical research coordination with exposure to regulatory documentation, site tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform centralized monitoring tasks for assigned projects.
Ensure timely completion of all role-specific training, including self-paced courses, instructor-led sessions, and e-SOP acknowledgments.
Maintain up-to-date records in active site databases and ensure Infosario Portal access provisioning.
Prepare and ensure regulatory documentation is completed for lab kit shipments, including Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing Lists, and Import Permits.
Track and facilitate timely release of patient lab reports, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve delays.
Ensure audit-readiness through proper documentation of all monitoring activities.
Participate in departmental and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers welcome).
Basic understanding of clinical systems and procedures.
Strong ability to multi-task, think critically, and solve problems.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
Team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
