Job Description:

Service Line: Medical Coding

Department: Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques

  • Manage personnel and disciplinary matters

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Quality Control Analysts

  • Ensure training needs of subordinates are met

  • Support SLA adherence under supervision of Operations Manager

  • Complete and maintain records of all client-related training

  • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate process/client updates timely

  • Act as the main point of contact for team members for job-related needs and foster a harmonious work environment

  • Supervise day-to-day team functions including work assignments and attendance monitoring

  • Participate in selection, training, development, and performance appraisal of team members per company policy
