Team Leadership Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage team performance, behavior, and attendance

  • Address personnel and disciplinary issues effectively

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Quality Control Analysts

  • Assess and address team training needs

  • Ensure timely delivery against SLAs with support from Operations Manager

  • Successfully complete and document all client-related training

  • Conduct regular team meetings and maintain communication records

  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members

  • Supervise daily functional operations, work assignments, and attendance

  • Contribute to hiring, training, and performance reviews in accordance with company policies
