Job Summary

Vantive is hiring a Lead, Marketing – Acute APAC to drive regional marketing strategy, product lifecycle management, go-to-market execution, and marketing communications for the Acute Care portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on accelerating therapy adoption, supporting product launches, leading omnichannel marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve regional business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Strategy

  • Lead regional marketing strategy for Critical Care CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) products across APAC.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

  • Manage product lifecycle and portfolio optimization.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

  • Drive therapy adoption and regional growth initiatives.

  • Support pricing strategy, product positioning, and value proposition development.

  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and country teams for portfolio planning.

  • Provide regional input for global product pipeline and lifecycle decisions.

  • Promote best practices for CRRT adoption and Center of Excellence development.

  • Partner with Digital Enterprise teams for Acute digital solution launches.


Marketing Communications

  • Lead regional marketing communication strategy for the Acute Care portfolio.

  • Align key marketing messages across APAC markets.

  • Oversee content localization and omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure promotional materials comply with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal requirements.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing KPIs.

  • Develop communication frameworks for healthcare professionals, hospitals, and payers.

  • Support speaker programs, flagship events, and regional marketing initiatives.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing platforms such as Monday.com.


Business & Leadership

  • Drive regional business growth and therapy adoption targets.

  • Manage marketing initiatives across multiple APAC countries.

  • Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, and Market Access teams.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and strategic regional initiatives.

  • Support marketing governance and execution excellence.

  • Travel across APAC as required (up to 30%).

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Medical, clinical, or healthcare industry background is preferred.

  • Experience in multinational healthcare, medical device, or life sciences organizations.


Experience

Required Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or Commercial Strategy, including product launches and regional marketing leadership.


Salary Package (Estimated Market Standard)

Singapore: SGD 110,000 – SGD 150,000 per year (depending on experience, regional responsibilities, and interview performance).

Equivalent (India Market Reference): ₹45 LPA – ₹70 LPA (for comparable regional marketing leadership roles in multinational healthcare companies).
