Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure systems meet regulatory standards including GxP, ICH-GCP, and global compliance requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical operations, data management, IT, regulatory, and quality teams to define system requirements

  • Align technology initiatives with trial objectives and organizational strategy

  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Identify process gaps and recommend scalable technology solutions

  • Maintain system documentation and governance standards

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to clinical systems teams

  • Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and innovation

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Information Technology, or a related discipline

  • 8–12+ years of experience in clinical systems management, clinical data management systems, or related clinical technology roles

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a regulated environment

  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and industry standards (ICH-GCP, GxP, data integrity principles)

  • Proven experience working with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), and related platforms

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills
