Project Overview

This role supports a post-market clinical study evaluating the accuracy and reliability of the Dozee contactless Remote Patient Monitoring system. The study involves real-time comparison of device-generated vitals with manually recorded hospital-grade measurements across admitted patients.

The collected clinical data will contribute to validation, regulatory documentation, and optimization of AI-driven patient monitoring pathways.

Role Summary

We are hiring Registered Nurses (0–2 years experience) to support clinical data collection and validation activities within hospital environments in Delhi.

The Nurse – Intern will be responsible for accurately measuring and documenting patient vitals, comparing manual readings with AI-device outputs, and recording clinical interventions triggered by system alerts. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to clinical research protocols, and the ability to coordinate effectively with hospital staff without disrupting routine patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure vital parameters including heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, and temperature using hospital-grade equipment.

  • Record and log readings systematically in study databases and approved documentation formats.

  • Ensure synchronized collection of manual vitals and AI device-generated data for accuracy comparison.

  • Document clinical pathways triggered by alerts generated from the AI system and record remedial actions taken.

  • Coordinate with patients, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth and non-disruptive data collection.

  • Adhere to established clinical research protocols, SOPs, and confidentiality standards.

  • Report deviations, inconsistencies, or technical concerns to the project lead in real time.

  • Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards as per hospital guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

  • Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

  • 0 to 2 years of clinical experience in hospital settings (ICU, general wards, or similar environments preferred).

  • Basic understanding of digital vitals monitors and medical equipment.

  • Willingness to work on-site in client hospitals during day shifts (9 hours).

Skills & Competencies

  • High accuracy in recording and documenting clinical data.

  • Strong communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary hospital teams.

  • Ability to follow structured research timelines and clinical documentation protocols.

  • Comfort using tablets or mobile devices for digital data entry.

  • Professional conduct and patient-centered approach in all interactions.

Why Join Dozee?

  • Work at the intersection of clinical research, AI healthcare technology, and hospital innovation.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Early Warning Systems (EWS).

  • Contribute to research validating AI-driven healthcare interventions.

  • Collaborate with leading hospitals and healthcare providers.

Dozee has been recognized by global investors and healthcare institutions for pioneering non-contact blood pressure monitoring and AI-driven patient safety solutions. The organization holds ISO13485, ISO27001 certifications and FDA 510(k) clearance for its flagship monitoring systems.
