Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is seeking a Nurse Navigator for its on-site role in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on patient support in a pharmaceutical setting. This role bridges clinical expertise and patient advocacy, ideal for RNs or BSNs with experience in chronic conditions and injectable therapies. You'll provide virtual training, handle inbound/outbound communication, and guide patients using pharma-approved educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound and outbound patient support regarding pharmaceutical therapies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Nurse Manager
Conduct virtual training sessions and assist with therapy onboarding
Address and troubleshoot patient inquiries using approved clinical materials
Deliver empathetic, patient-focused communication and service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN or BSN required)
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or patient care role
Hands-on experience with injectable therapies
Strong multitasking, communication, and clinical problem-solving skills
Preferred: Experience with chronic care conditions such as autoimmune diseases or short bowel syndrome
