Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | San Diego, CA
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Nurse Navigator for its San Diego, CA location. This dynamic, on-site role is ideal for experienced RNs or BSNs looking to apply their clinical expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Nurse Navigator, you’ll provide high-touch patient support, deliver virtual training, and guide patients managing chronic illnesses with injectable therapies. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient communication in a pharma support program
Collaborate with internal teams including regulatory, medical affairs, and nurse managers
Conduct remote training sessions using approved clinical materials
Provide education and assistance related to injectable therapies
Troubleshoot clinical issues and escalate as needed
Maintain organized and systematic call records and documentation
Deliver compassionate, patient-first customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN or BSN required)
2+ years’ experience in customer service or direct patient care for chronic conditions
Proficient in managing injectable therapies and remote patient guidance
Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Experience in autoimmune disease management or short bowel syndrome support
