Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | Santa Monica, CA
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Navigator in Santa Monica, California, to join a pharmaceutical-focused patient support program. As a registered nurse, you’ll act as a compassionate educator and patient advocate, providing exceptional support via inbound/outbound calls and virtual training sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with experience in injectable therapies and chronic disease management to work in a dynamic and impactful pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver inbound/outbound patient support for pharmaceutical programs
Manage multiple phone lines and email communications efficiently
Coordinate with medical affairs, regulatory, and Nurse Managers to resolve patient issues
Conduct virtual patient training sessions using approved materials
Troubleshoot clinical concerns and escalate as appropriate
Provide education on injectable therapies and chronic disease support
Maintain detailed, accurate records in a systematic and organized manner
Exemplify patient-centric, high-quality customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
RN or BSN with an active nursing license
2+ years in customer service or patient care (especially in chronic conditions)
Hands-on experience with injectable therapies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
Preferred: Experience with autoimmune diseases or short bowel syndrome
