Roche is seeking a Partner – Patient Advocacy to drive patient engagement and access initiatives across India. This role focuses on building strong relationships with patient organizations, shaping patient advocacy ecosystems, and ensuring strategic alignment of patient-centric programs with therapeutic areas and business priorities.


Role Purpose

As Partner – Patient Advocacy, you will:

  • Establish Roche’s credibility and equity with patient organizations as an innovative healthcare partner focused on patient access.

  • Develop and implement patient engagement strategies, mobilizing patient groups to advocate for key healthcare reforms.

  • Shape and strengthen the Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) ecosystem in India to empower patients and improve healthcare outcomes.

  • Provide strategic guidance for Patient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring they effectively address patient needs.

  • Deliver cluster-specific insights on patient challenges to Marketing and Therapeutic Area teams, enabling targeted patient impact initiatives.

  • Lead management of external partners, vendor contracts, and service agreements, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and additional social/environmental value.

  • Build strong internal relationships to mobilize resources and support patient-focused initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in the healthcare sector, preferably with patient advocacy or access programs

  • Understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem and patient advocacy landscape
