Role Overview

You will be aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical. The role focuses on Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory services, helping leading biopharma companies improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process.

  • Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database according to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

  • Collaborate primarily with peers; limited exposure to clients and management.

  • Work under moderate supervision for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.

  • Individual contributor within a team, impacting own work and potentially the work of others.

  • May require rotational shifts.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Pharmacovigilance Operations / Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Key Skills: Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety, ICSRs management, MedDRA coding, case processing
