Role Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to pharmacovigilance and patient safety operations. Your role will focus on case processing, report reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox.

  • Reconcile reports according to defined processes.

  • Perform written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Carry out case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.


Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Experience: 1–3 years in pharmacovigilance or related healthcare roles

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication (written and verbal)

    • Attention to detail

    • Ability to follow processes and regulatory guidelines

    • Team collaboration
