Role Overview
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to pharmacovigilance and patient safety operations. Your role will focus on case processing, report reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox.
Reconcile reports according to defined processes.
Perform written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
Carry out case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
Ensure all tasks are completed as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience: 1–3 years in pharmacovigilance or related healthcare roles
Skills Required:
Strong communication (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and regulatory guidelines
Team collaboration
