This field-based position plays a vital role in supporting healthcare offices by providing educational materials, patient samples, and in-office product information, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service Excellence
Achieve sales and service goals through effective territory management and customer engagement.
Implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and adjust plans based on performance insights.
Conduct live and virtual visits with primary care offices within assigned geography.
Maintain accurate target profiles, CRM records, and call activity logs.
Ensure timely completion of reports, expense submissions, and sample tracking.
Adhere to corporate compliance policies, promotional guidelines, and local regulations.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and staff.
Deliver in-office education and distribute patient support materials.
Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills to understand customer needs.
Represent IQVIA and clients with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Professional Development & Team Collaboration
Complete required training sessions, product certifications, and team meetings.
Stay current on therapeutic area knowledge and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy execution.
Education & Experience
🎓 Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
💡 Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
Backgrounds that demonstrate leadership, competitiveness, or discipline — including:
Military experience
College athletics or team sports
Leadership roles in extracurricular activities

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
