Job Summary

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness of a new product targeting Allergy and Pediatric practices in Queens. This includes educating physicians, promoting product benefits, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting key performance indicators set by EVERSANA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales goals and maintain call productivity.

  • Educate HCPs (physicians and office staff) about the product through approved promotional tools.

  • Conduct face-to-face calls and group presentations.

  • Follow a 5-day fieldwork schedule, with office time for planning and reporting.

  • Utilize approved marketing plans and tools to support customers.

  • Track sales activities, submit expense reports, and adhere to deadlines.

  • Attend company sales and medical meetings.

  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Travel within the territory as needed, including overnight stays.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).

  • Minimum 2 years of recent pharmaceutical sales experience (required).

  • Experience in Pediatrics or Allergy sales (preferred).

  • Proven record of sales performance.

  • Ability to understand scientific information and apply it in sales conversations.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to travel for work.
