Job Summary:
Syneos Health, in collaboration with a leading biopharmaceutical company, is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Philadelphia, PA. In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, executing business plans, and promoting pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed sales goals through strategic territory management
Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers
Deliver product presentations and promote clinical brand messages
Analyze local market trends and develop targeted business plans
Collaborate with sales peers, brand teams, and support teams
Manage territory budgets and administrative responsibilities
Execute marketing and sales strategies within assigned geography
Participate in training and development programs
Ensure compliance with industry and corporate regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or B2B/internship with a sales degree
Strong customer relationship-building skills
Ability to influence prescribing behaviors through clinical knowledge
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and collaborative team player
Preferred:
Experience in respiratory therapeutic area
Familiarity with territory-based field sales
