Job Description: Pharmacovigilance Assistant

Overview:

The Pharmacovigilance Assistant position at PrimeVigilance provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your administrative skills while gaining valuable experience in Drug Safety. This role involves supporting various administrative functions within a project team and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative activities and collaborate effectively as part of a project team.
  • Information Handling: Receive and acknowledge drug safety information promptly.
  • Documentation Management: Track and file Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with applicable regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client-specific requirements and timelines.
  • Communication: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of information to other project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) at least at B2 level.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Confidentiality: High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Pressure Handling: Capable of working under pressure, ensuring accuracy, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
