Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

Accenture | Full-time | Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety | Bengaluru

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate to support drug safety surveillance and case processing for leading biopharma companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process.
  • Perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
  • Identify, enter, and code cases using MedDRA in the safety database.
  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely case submission and follow-ups as per client guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BSc, BPharm, BPT).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety Surveillance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and quick learner.
  • Rotational shift availability.
